Incentives are available for a limited time through December 2026. You’ll never have to fill out paperwork and incentives will be clearly reflected on quotes and invoices from participating retailers.

What is the Illinois Residential High Performance Window Pilot?
The pilot is a limited-time program offering incentives on qualifying ENERGY STAR certified replacement windows sold through participating retailers to residential customers served by participating Illinois utilities.
Who is eligible to participate?
Residential customers who receive electric or natural gas service from one of the following utilities:
- Ameren Illinois
- ComEd
- Nicor Gas
- Peoples Gas
- North Shore Gas
Which windows qualify?
To qualify, replacement windows must meet ENERGY STAR certification requirements pertaining to the climate zone in which the customer’s home is
located. For more information on climate zones, please see the Qualifying Products Page.
How do I receive my incentive?
Participating retailers will apply the incentive directly to qualifying projects and reflect the discount on quotes and invoices provided to the customer. Homeowners can work with participating retailers to ensure their selected products meet the program requirements and that their incentive is included
in project documentation.
When does the pilot end?
The Illinois Residential High-Performance Window Pilot will run through December 2026. Incentives will be available for the duration of the pilot.
